About

A compact benthic lander for shallow-water work down to 500 m. It carries two benthic chambers with stirrers and shared syringe-based sampling. The multi water sampler supports reversed operation for injecting preservation liquids or tracers (e.g., labelled C/N) at user-defined times. Chambers and ambient waters can be instrumented with DO, temperature, salinity, and turbidity sensors; external wave, tide, and current sensors are supported. Battery cylinders power the burn-wire release system and stirrer motors. The stainless-steel AISI 316 frame features adjustable legs to control sediment penetration. This variant is supplied without buoyancy.
