The KC Denmark portable micro plastic pump (models 23.565 and 23.566) is a compact, lightweight system designed for collecting microplastic particles from the surface or shallow waters up to 7 meters deep. It allows simultaneous sampling through up to four different mesh filters, providing precise and repeatable volume measurements through an integrated digital flow meter. The flexible filter design supports mesh sizes ranging from 1000 µm down to 100 µm, with optional finer meshes (as low as 20 µm) available upon request. The system ensures highly accurate volume control, as the flow meter measures water after it has passed through the filters, preventing errors caused by filter clogging. The pump operates on 230 V AC (model 23.565) or 115 V AC (model 23.566) and is particularly suitable for lakes, coastal zones, and shallow marine environments.
