About

The KC Denmark Sandblast Cabin models 400.040 and 400.060 are 100 cm aluminium blasting systems designed for precision cleaning and restoration work. The unit includes a powder reservoir for recycling of sandblasting media and supports all types of powder such as glass, aluminium oxide (corundum), and sand. The cabin body is constructed from 2 mm aluminium sheet and designed for use with a 4 mm sand jet blower. The diagonal front features a large glass door with dust-proof sealing, providing full-width visibility and access. Inside, two glove manifolds with flexible hoses allow safe operation, while three heavy-duty stainless steel bottom grates (1 mm AISI 304, 5 x 5 mm perforation) support the work area. Optional accessories include an exhaust system and electric 12 V DC actuator for height adjustment (up to +20 cm). Model 400.060 includes painted surface finish as an option.
