About
KC Denmark’s Sandblast Cabin model 400.200 is a 150 cm aluminium sandblasting enclosure with integrated powder recycling capability. The cabin is made from 3 mm AlMg3 aluminium and includes a rear extraction port for dust removal. The front panel features four glove manifolds with flexible hoses and a neoprene rubber workplate, providing operator comfort and protection. The sloping front viewing window is fitted with a 3 mm glass plate in a sealed plastic frame. Both ends have large doors; the right door includes an air scoop and two small wall ducts for ventilation. The interior floor is fitted with three removable stainless steel trays (5 x 5 mm perforation) for efficient powder collection and cleaning. Overhead, two 40 W fluorescent tubes provide clear illumination through a sealed glass light window (120 x 20 cm). The cabin can be optionally fitted with dual 24 V DC actuators for 20 cm vertical height adjustment.
