About
The KC Denmark Bongo Net (Model 23.290) consists of two plankton ring nets mounted side by side, designed for horizontal tows through the water column. Each net has a funnel-shaped design terminating in a collection cylinder for plankton samples. The dual-net configuration allows sampling with two different mesh sizes simultaneously. The stainless steel frame and fittings ensure long-term durability in marine environments. The net supports optional integration of a V-fin depressor and digital flow meters for accurate volume measurement and depth control. The bongo net is electro-polished for corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
