About
The arctic plankton net is developed for sampling in arctic oceans that may contain porridge ice. An adapter enables direct collection into plastic bottles (1 or 2 L). Three lines hold the adapter and bottle so their weight does not stress the net bag. The net bag is made of Monodur Nytal (Nylon), and the upper part is strong Beaver nylon. Standard mounting uses three polyester lines Ø5 mm with bridles, length 50 cm.
