About

The KC Denmark pressure-stable battery cylinder (model 100.226) is designed for powering oceanographic instruments at depths up to 6000 meters. Built from AISI 316 stainless steel, it houses rechargeable batteries and can accommodate a programmable timer (model 60.010, USB or RS-485 interface) and optional pressure transmitter. The cylinder features three Subconn connectors for USB/RS-485 communication, motor output, and starter/charger input. This robust power supply is compatible with a range of KC Denmark equipment, including Niskin rosette racks, sediment trap stations, plankton pumps, multi water samplers, and autonomous lander systems. The 4000 m variant (model 100.217) is also available for shallower deployments.
