The KC Denmark Rosette Station 24 Bottles (model 60.070) is a robust, deep-sea water sampling system designed for up to 24 Niskin bottles. The rack is constructed from corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel and supports Niskin bottles in sizes ranging from 1.7 to 12.0 liters. The non-metallic bottle interiors prevent contamination and feature Delrin stopcocks, air vent screws, and seawater-resistant Para/Latex closure bands. The rosette’s release mechanism is motor-driven (24 V DC) and can be operated manually, through a programmable time-lapse trigger, or via pressure activation. An integrated control system with software provides real-time monitoring of sampler status, battery voltage, and motor current. The rack includes space for a CTD unit and offers an optional reversing thermometer assembly. Depth-rated to 6000 meters (with battery 100.226) or 4000 meters (with battery 100.217), it is suited for demanding oceanographic applications requiring precise multi-sample collection.
